What We Do
At POCASI, we deliver trauma-informed and culturally sensitive psychosocial support, training, and well-being programmes designed to support caregivers, frontline professionals, employees, immigrants, and vulnerable communities.
Community-Based Interventions
We deliver outreach programmes and community-based interventions for internally displaced persons (IDPs), refugees, immigrants, host communities, and families of security personnel, including spouses who often navigate the emotional demands of deployment and extended absence, promoting healing, social cohesion, and resilience.
Training & Capacity Building
We deliver mental health awareness, psychosocial support training, and empowerment-focused programmes for caregivers, employees, frontline professionals, community workers, and volunteers, strengthening their capacity to provide effective and sustainable support.
Advocacy & Inclusion
We promote inclusivity, diversity, and awareness around mental health, displacement, and vulnerability, working to reduce stigma and ensure that individuals and communities can access support without discrimination.
Workplace and Caregiver well-being
Supporting employees and caregivers through burnout prevention, stress management, and resilience-building programmes.
